Your Video Footage

Your footage remains your property. We store it securely and delete working copies after 90–180 days unless you request otherwise. We will never use your footage in marketing unless you give written permission.

By booking Weddingcam.us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Camera Kit Rental

You receive the cameras for your wedding period, typically 3–7 days. You agree to return all components using the prepaid label.

2. Damage Policy

Normal wear is expected. If a camera is lost or severely damaged, a replacement cost may apply (Sony FDR-AX43a or equivalent).

3. Editing Services

Your highlight film is created using: • The footage recorded by your guests • Music legally licensed by us • Professional color grading, sound balancing, and narrative editing We do not guarantee inclusion of specific missed moments.

4. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery is 2–4 weeks after cameras are received back from you, depending on season.

5. Refund Policy

Because your wedding date blocks out equipment and editor time, all bookings are non-refundable after equipment has shipped.

6. Footage Ownership

You retain full ownership of your raw footage and final film. weddingcam.us retains the right to maintain working backups.

7. Use of Footage for Marketing

We will only use your footage with your explicit written permission.

8. Liability

weddingcam.us is not liable for missed moments, guest filming behavior, weather conditions, or events outside our control.

📄 Booking Deposit & Payment Policy

Booking Deposit

A $150 booking deposit is required to reserve your weddingcam.us kit for your selected wedding date. The deposit secures kit availability and begins your production workflow.

The booking deposit is applied toward your selected package total.

Balance Payment

The remaining package balance is due prior to shipment of your weddingcam.us kit. Once your deposit is received, you will select your kit size, and we will confirm availability and provide instructions for completing payment of the remaining balance.

Failure to pay the remaining balance by the specified due date may delay or prevent shipment.

Refunds & Cancellations

The booking deposit is non-refundable once the kit has shipped. If a cancellation occurs prior to shipment, refund eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Rental Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the care, use, and timely return of all equipment provided. Detailed instructions are included with each kit.

Agreement Acknowledgment

By placing a booking deposit and checking the agreement acknowledgment box at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
